Refund Policy

At Refined Retro, we sell all second-hand clothing and reworked items meaning that under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 we are not obligated to offer returns on the basis of the customer changing their mind.

RETURNS

As all items are second-hand and have been preloved before they may show minor imperfections that we may miss when grading. However, if a product is not as described you do have the right to claim a full or partial refund for the item. To start a return, please email - refinedretro2020@gmail.com, Our returns address will be provided if your return is approved.

SIZING RETURNS

if the item/s you purchase do not fit, we are unable to accept returns, unless it’s our mistake! Please check the sizing measurements we put in every item description to get your assured fit.

Every item is vintage, so therefore may fit differently,  Please keep this in mind.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO CLAIM A RETURN?

There is a 14-day returns or exchange policy, which means you will have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return your item must be in the same condition that you received it with all tags and in its original packaging. Your item must be returned with with swing tags as well as any marketing material you have received with your order. Items received at our office without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Any shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. 

If however we find the item has not been returned to us in a fully re-saleable condition we reserve the right to refuse a refund for the item. All items must be returned with all relevant packaging, swing tags, branding and any accompanying marketing material specific to the item. Upon receipt and examination we will issue a full refund. 

We reserve the right to withhold exchange, credit or refund if the item is visibly damaged, marked, washed, smells of smoke, aftershave, perfume, deodorant, or is any condition that we deem renders the item unsaleable.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform if the return was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take a period of time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

You are responsible for any charges incurred shipping the item back to us. We advise that you send the parcel by Special Delivery (fully insured) to the full value of the goods and ensure the items are strongly packaged. If the goods are damaged in transit due to being inadequately packaged, we will be unable to give a refund.

All sales are final. Orders cannot be cancelled prior to shipping.
