Refund Policy

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, a customer has the right to return an online order up to 14 days from receiving the goods. Please contact us at refinedretro2020@gmail.com & a member of our team will respond within 24 hours.

RETURNS

As all items are second-hand and have been preloved before they may show minor imperfections that we may miss when grading. However, if a product is not as described you do have the right to claim a full or partial refund for the item. 

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO CLAIM A RETURN?

There is a 14-day returns or exchange policy, which means you will have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return your item must be in the same condition that you received it with all tags and in its original packaging. Your item must be returned with with swing tags as well as any marketing material you have received with your order. Items received at our office without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Any shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. 

We reserve the right to withhold exchange, credit or refund if the item is visibly damaged, marked, washed, smells of smoke, aftershave, perfume, deodorant, or is any condition that we deem renders the item unsaleable.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform if the return was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take a period of time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

You are responsible for any charges incurred shipping the item back to us. We advise that you send the parcel by Special Delivery (fully insured) to the full value of the goods and ensure the items are strongly packaged. If the goods are damaged in transit due to being inadequately packaged, we will be unable to give a refund.

All sales are final. Orders cannot be cancelled prior to shipping.
